Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer at PROMETEUS KC Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web, UX, UI, and product design.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a WEB/UX/UI/Product Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
